Waterside Park Construction Begins Feb 25, 2026

Wicomico County, MD - The City of Salisbury Department of Infrastructure and Development has announced that construction will begin on a combined restroom and pavilion facility at Waterside Park. The park is located at 1001 Parsons Road. Work is scheduled to commence on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

On-site parking will not be permitted during the construction period. Construction vehicles will be entering and exiting the area regularly. Motorists should anticipate possible delays on Parsons Road and Marine Road as a result of this activity.

The project is expected to be completed within 150 days.

The City of Salisbury has expressed appreciation for the public's patience and cooperation as this work is carried out.
