Eden, MD - The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office Community Action Team and Criminal Investigation Division, disrupted a local drug network on February 29, 2024. The operation took place at a residence in the 28000 block of Allen Cut Off Road, in Eden, Wicomico County, Maryland.

During the operation, the detectives executed a search and seizure warrant, which led to the arrest of a suspect. They uncovered approximately 100 grams of cocaine, $3400 in US currency, a digital scale, and an array of drug distribution apparatus at the scene, indicating a large-scale narcotics operation.

The primary suspect, Dwayne Lamonte Taylor, was apprehended at the scene. Taylor, now facing charges that include possession with intent to distribute narcotics among other related offenses, is currently being held at the Wicomico County Detention Center without bond.
