Nanticoke, MD - The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division (CID) is investigating a home invasion that occurred during the early morning hours of August 14, 2023, at a residence in the 2600 block of Bank Road in Nanticoke, Maryland. It was determined that two unknown subjects forced open a door displaying handguns.The suspects then assaulted the occupant of the residence causing serious injuries. The suspects ransacked the residence and eventually fled. The victim was transported to the hospital where he was treated and later released.The Criminal Investigation Division is requesting the public's assistance with identifying the suspects involved in the home invasion.
