Wittman Man Charged With Second-Degree Escape

Talbot County, MD - On November 5, 2025, deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff's Office arrested Terrance Leon Taylor, 44, of Wittman, Maryland.

The arrest was made following a warrant issued by the District Court for Talbot County on November 3, 2025. The warrant charged Mr. Taylor with second-degree escape after he failed to report to the Talbot County Detention Center as ordered by the court.

Following his arrest, Mr. Taylor was transported to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing and an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner. He was held pending further court action.
