Worcester County Government Offices at Isle of Wight to Close for Renovations

Worcester County, Md. - The Worcester County Government's satellite offices at the Isle of Wight Center will close for renovations from Wednesday, November 19, 2025, through spring 2026.

The offices are located at the intersection of MD Route 90 and St. Martins Neck Road. Services provided by the Treasurer's Office and the Health Department at this location will be temporarily relocated.

For residents in northern Worcester County, a Treasurer's Office payment drop box will be available in front of the Ocean Pines Library. The drop box will be checked regularly, with all payments processed by the main Treasurer's Office in Snow Hill. Residents can also visit the main office at the Worcester County Government Center or use online services at the county's website.

The Health Department's Environmental Health services will move to the Ocean City Health Center, located at 4 Caroline Street in Ocean City, MD 21842. This change will be effective starting November 18, 2025.

On November 19, all Environmental Health services, except for emergency response, will be paused to accommodate the relocation. Normal services will resume on November 20.
