2 Bridgeville Men Arrested in Shots-Fired Case
Sussex County, DE - Delaware State Police have arrested two Bridgeville men following a shooting that left a home riddled with bullets on Sunday afternoon. Christian Greene, 21, and Corey Sanders, Jr., 21, both face multiple felony charges connected to the incident.
Troopers were called to the 22000 block of Mill Park Drive around 12:30 p.m. on July 19, 2026, for a report of shots fired. Investigators learned that two suspects drove by a residence and opened fire on two people standing outside.
The home was struck by gunfire during the shooting. Thankfully, no one was hurt.
Detectives with Troop 4 worked the case and identified Greene and Sanders as the suspects. Arrest warrants were issued soon after.
On July 20, 2026, both men were taken into custody without incident. They were transported to Troop 4 for processing.
Greene was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and is now held on a $172,001 cash bond.
He faces the following charges:
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony - 2 counts
- Possess, Purchase, Own, or Control of a Firearm or Ammunition by a Person Prohibited (Prior Violent Crime or Felony)
- Reckless Endangering 2nd Degree - 2 counts
- Conspiracy 2nd Degree
- Criminal Mischief under $1,000
Sanders was also arraigned and is held on a $140,001 cash bond. His charges include:
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony - 2 counts
- Reckless Endangering 2nd Degree - 2 counts
- Conspiracy 2nd Degree
- Criminal Mischief under $1,000
Both men remain in custody at this time. The Delaware State Police Troop 4 Criminal Investigations Unit continues to investigate the shooting.
