Arrest Made in Princess Anne Pharmacy Shooting Case
Princess Anne, MD - Princess Anne Police made an arrest on August 11, 2026 in connection with a shooting that happened on July 21, 2026 in the Karemore Pharmacy parking lot.
Investigators with the Princess Anne Police Department Criminal Investigation Unit executed a search and seizure warrant at a home in the Pine Knoll Apartment Complex. The Worcester County Sheriff's Office S.T.A.R. Team assisted with the warrant, which was carried out without incident.
During the search, investigators found evidence they believe supports what they have already learned in the shooting investigation. They also found a 3D printer they believe was used to make firearms or firearm parts.
Ilijah Sincere De John Wilson, 20, was arrested as a result of the investigation. He is currently being held in custody.
Princess Anne Police Chief Robert Smith spoke about the arrest. "This arrest reflects the determination of our investigators and the value of strong partnerships with our allied law enforcement agencies," said Chief Robert Smith. "Gun violence has no place in Princess Anne. We will continue using every lawful investigative resource available to identify those responsible for violent crime, remove illegal firearms from our streets, and protect the people of this community."
