The Centreville office is located at 207 East Water Street, Suite 100. It will remain open and operate under the Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. name. This transition ensures continuity of service for existing clients. It also expands the regional resources and capabilities of the firm.

The firm collaborates with owners, architects, surveyors, environmental consultants, and regulatory agencies. This process is utilized to produce construction documents and facilitate project approvals.

He graduated from Clemson University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He was licensed as a Professional Engineer in Maryland in 1999 and in Delaware in 2009. Additionally, Lisa Davis joins the office as an Administrative Assistant. She has worked with the engineering team for several years and will assist with client continuity during the transition.

Lardner, PE, President of Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. "Kevin, Jeff, and Brandon have built a respected practice in Centreville. We are excited to welcome them to DBF and to continue building on the strong client relationships they have established."

The Centreville office enhances the presence of DBF throughout the Delmarva Peninsula and Mid-Atlantic region. DBF was founded in 1983.
