Wicomico County, MD - A fire broke out Monday afternoon on the 31600 block of Old Ocean City Road in Salisbury, Maryland sending firefighters to the scene to battle flames on a wood-framed deck. The Salisbury Fire Department responded to the call and had the fire under control within just five minutes.

The incident was reported at 3:29 p.m. on April 27, 2026. According to fire officials, the fire originated on the rear exterior deck of the property.
