Delmar Woman Arrested After Fight Between Neighbors

Delmar, DE - On July 24, 2026, at approximately 5:20 PM, the Delmar Police Department responded to the 200 block of N. Second Street for a report of subjects fighting. Officers determined the fight was between two neighbors.

Both women had returned to their apartments by the time officers arrived. Officers spoke with several people who live in the building to figure out what happened.

Investigators learned that two women had been drinking and were having a conversation.

During the conversation, Tana Williams became angry and a fight broke out.
Officers placed Williams under arrest. She was charged with disorderly conduct and offensive touching.
