Dorchester County Searching for 3 Wanted Sex Offenders

Dorchester County, MD - The Dorchester County Sheriff's Office is asking for help finding three convicted sex offenders. All three failed to register or re-register as required by Maryland law, and each has an active warrant out of Dorchester County District Court.

The first man wanted is Laquandre Omar Jackson, born January 18, 1986. He is a Tier III sex offender and is wanted for failing to register as required by law.

The second man is Tayvar Maurice Dobson, born October 20, 1989. He is also a Tier III sex offender and is wanted for failing to re-register as required by law.

The third man is Brian Anthony Cephas, born May 19, 1985. He is a Tier II sex offender and is wanted for failing to re-register as required by law.
