East New Market Man Arrested on Assault and Reckless Endangerment Charges

Talbot County, MD - An East New Market man was arrested on April 9, 2026, by officers with the Easton Police Department on an arrest warrant related to an alleged assault investigation.

Police said Justin Quinones, 24, was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and reckless endangerment.

The charges are connected to an incident that allegedly took place on January 10, 2026, in the 29000 block of Dutchman's Lane in Easton.

According to authorities, the victim was allegedly assaulted during that incident. Following the investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained for Quinones.

Police said Quinones later turned himself in at the Easton Police Department. He was then released to the custody of the Talbot County Detention Center.
