Easton, MD - A Baltimore man was arrested by Easton Police officers on April 17, 2026, after a complainant reported months of harassment, threats, and unwanted contact.

Kejuan Pope, 25, of Baltimore, was charged with Stalking, Placing an Intimate/Sexual Image on the Internet, Harassment, and Giving a False Statement. He was later turned over to the Talbot County Detention Center.

Officers were called to the Goldsborough Street area after the complainant reported being harassed. When officers arrived, the complainant told them that Pope had shown up at their home without being invited and without warning. The complainant said that when Pope spotted them sitting inside a vehicle, he tried to open the car door and became irate.

This was not an isolated incident. According to the complainant, Pope had been engaging in a troubling pattern of behavior for several months.

This included repeatedly calling and texting to harass the complainant, showing up uninvited at multiple locations where the complainant was living, making verbal threats to cause harm, and posting videos and photos of the complainant on various websites without their permission.

Officers searched the area for Pope and found him sitting in a vehicle parked in a parking lot on Turners Lane. When officers approached and spoke with him, Pope gave them a fake name. He was then placed under arrest.
