Easton Man Arrested for Trespassing on Needwood Avenue
Easton, MD - An Easton man was arrested earlier this month after officers found him at a local business where he had previously been told to stay away.
On April 6, 2026, officers with the Easton Police Department responded to the 400 block of Needwood Avenue for a report of trespassing. When they arrived, they found Bradley Puckett, 29, of Easton, Maryland, standing in front of the business with his personal belongings draped over a railing.
Officers were already aware of Puckett's history with the location. He had previously been served with a cease and desist order from the business, making his return a violation that led to his arrest.
Puckett was taken into custody on a trespassing charge. He was later released on a criminal citation.
A criminal citation means a person is formally charged but released rather than held in jail. It requires the individual to appear in court to address the charge at a later date.
