Easton Man Arrested on Stalking and Harassment Charges After Following Woman to Her Home
Easton, MD - An Easton man is facing multiple criminal charges after he was accused of following a woman to her home and sharing intimate images of her without her consent.
On April 15, 2026, officers with the Easton Police Department took a report for stalking and harassment. After speaking with the victim, investigators identified the suspect as David K. Hensley, 45, of Easton, Maryland.
According to police, Hensley is accused of following the victim to her residence and parking outside of her home. He is also accused of sending intimate images of the victim to other people without her consent.
Officers obtained an arrest warrant for Hensley. He was later taken into police custody without incident.
Hensley was charged with one count of stalking, one count of distributing an intimate or sexual image, and two counts of harassment - course of conduct.
After being processed, Hensley was released to the custody of the Talbot County Detention Center.
Sharing intimate images of someone without their permission is a serious offense in Maryland. This type of behavior, often referred to as non-consensual pornography or "revenge porn," can cause lasting emotional harm to victims.
