Easton Man Charged in Moton Park Assault

Talbot County, MD - An Easton man is facing charges after police say he assaulted a victim at a local park last month. Angel S. Camacho-Cedeno, 20, of Easton, was served with a criminal summons by Easton Police Department officers on June 6, 2026.

Camacho-Cedeno is charged with one count of Assault 2nd Degree.

The case dates back to May 14, 2026, when officers met with a victim who said they had been jumped by Camacho-Cedeno and several other individuals. The incident happened at Moton Park, located at 501 Port Street in Easton, Maryland.

When officers arrived, they found the victim without a shirt or shoes. The victim also had abrasions consistent with being assaulted, according to police.

Paramedics responded to the scene to evaluate the victim. They were treated and later released.
