Easton Man Faces 17 Child Pornography Charges

Talbot County, MD - On October 9, 2026, deputies with the Talbot County Sheriff's Office arrested an Easton man on 17 charges of child pornography.

The man is Thomas Nash III, 34, of Easton, MD. His arrest came just one day after a judge signed off on a warrant.

On October 8, 2026, the Circuit Court for Talbot County issued the warrant, which charges Nash with 17 counts of access and viewing child pornography.

Once he was in custody, deputies brought Nash to the Talbot County Central Booking facility, where he was processed.

Nash was not released after booking. He was ordered to be held until he can have a hearing in front of a Circuit Court judge.

This isn't the only case Nash is facing. He also has open charges in Dorchester County for violation of probation. That probation came from earlier charges in 2022 for additional child pornography offenses.
