Easton, MD - A 66-year-old woman is facing a trespassing charge after returning to a West Dover Street location just one day after being ordered to stay away.

On May 8, 2026, officers with the Easton Police Department issued Joan Yader a cease and desist, barring her from a specific location on West Dover Street in Easton. The order was meant to keep her away from the property entirely.

Just one day later, on May 9, 2026, someone at that location called police to report that Yader was back on scene. Officers responded and found her still there when they arrived.

Yader, who has no known address, was issued a criminal citation for trespassing. She was 66 years old at the time of the incident.

The Easton Police Department handled the call and issued the citation.
