Fenwick Island Police Seek Suspect in Cooking Oil Theft
Sussex County, DE - The Fenwick Island Police Department is asking for the public's help tracking down a suspect wanted in connection with a used cooking oil theft that took place on Monday, June 1, 2026, at a business within town limits.
Investigators have identified two suspects in the case, CS Holder of Frankford, DE, and Joshua Katulis of Lewes, DE. Katulis has been located and arrested.
Holder has not been arrested as of the date and time of this post. An active arrest warrant has been issued for Holder.
Anyone who knows his current whereabouts is urged to contact the Fenwick Island Police Department as soon as possible.

The department is also reaching out to local businesses. If you own or operate a business within the town limits of Fenwick Island and believe your used cooking oil may have been stolen, the Fenwick Island Police Department is asking you to get in touch with them directly.
Update 7:05 PM - After receiving a comment from Mr. CS Holder himself on the Facebook page, we learned that he was released earlier today. We confirmed it with the Fenwick Island Police Department that he did the right thing by turning himself in today, was processed, arraigned, and released.
