Free Concert Coming to Salisbury May 22, 2026

Salisbury, MD - The City of Salisbury is inviting the community out for a free night of live music at the Pohanka Riverwalk Amphitheatre on May 22 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event is open to the public and free of charge.

Taking the stage is Great Train Robbery, a band with more than 48 years of live performance experience. Known for their classic Southern rock sound, the group has built a loyal following across the Mid-Atlantic region for decades.

Great Train Robbery is no stranger to big stages. Over the years, they have shared the stage with legendary acts including The Allman Brothers, Marshall Tucker Band, and Blue Öyster Cult.

Mayor Randy Taylor is excited about what this event brings to the city. He said, "I am very excited to announce a great partnership event between Savour Restaurant, located in the Hilton's DoubleTree, and the City of Salisbury as they bring Great Train Robbery to the Riverwalk Amphitheater. Great Train Robbery is a phenomenal band spanning over four decades, performing all over the Mid-Atlantic, as well as being an institution in Ocean City, MD.

They have shared the stage with The Allman Brothers, Marshall Tucker Band, and Blue Öyster Cult. Come out and enjoy this tremendous event while enjoying food and drinks!"

This event is a partnership between the City of Salisbury and Savour Restaurant, located inside the Hilton's DoubleTree. Food and drinks will be available, making it a full evening out for attendees.

Families, friends, and music lovers of all ages are welcome. People are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and make a night of it in Downtown Salisbury.

Before or after the show, attendees can explore the restaurants and shops nearby. It is a great way to support local businesses while enjoying everything downtown has to offer.
