Princess Anne Shooting Sends 1 Victim to Hospital

Princess Anne, MD - A shooting outside a Princess Anne pharmacy Tuesday afternoon left one person hurt and police searching for the gunman.

Officers responded to The Reserves on Hickory Road in Princess Anne, Maryland at around 4:29 p.m. on July 21, 2026, for a report of a person with a gunshot wound. The investigation led police to the parking lot of Karemore Pharmacy, where the shooting actually took place.

According to the Princess Anne Police Department, an unknown male fired multiple shots at a vehicle with the victim inside before running off. The victim was taken for medical treatment and is currently in stable condition.

Police say the case remains under active investigation.
