Salisbury Skate Park Closing for Concrete Repairs This Week

Salisbury, MD - Skaters, mark your calendars. The Salisbury Skate Park will close for a couple of days this month so crews can make some important repairs.

The City of Salisbury's Field Operations Department will perform concrete repairs to multiple surfaces throughout the park. The work is part of ongoing efforts to maintain the facility, improve safety, and extend its life.

Repair work is scheduled for Thursday, July 23, 2026. To give the new concrete enough time to cure, the park will be closed that Thursday and the following day, Friday, July 24.

The good news is the closure won't last long. The skate park is expected to reopen on Saturday, July 25, 2026, weather and curing conditions permitting.

The City of Salisbury thanks the public for their patience and cooperation while these maintenance improvements are completed.
