Salisbury Woman Arrested on Theft Warrant in Talbot County

Talbot County, MD - On July 31, 2026, deputies with the Talbot County Sheriff's Office arrested Rodnisha Monique Mitchell, 37, of Salisbury, Maryland.

The arrest was made on a warrant issued by the Talbot County Circuit Court on May 8, 2026.

The warrant charged Mitchell with failing to appear for a scheduled court hearing tied to an original theft charge.

Mitchell was taken to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing. She was ordered held pending a hearing before a Circuit Court judge.
