Seaford Man Wanted on 4th Degree Rape Charges Taken Into Custody

Seaford, DE - On July 28, 2026, Seaford Police, with assistance from Laurel Police, executed a search warrant in the 400 block of North Hall Street.

The warrant was tied to a wanted subject believed to be staying at the residence. Officers arrived to carry out the search and take the individual into custody.

Once inside, officers located Frethnel Trezil at the residence. He was taken into custody without incident. No injuries or resistance were reported during the arrest.

Trezil was wanted on two counts of Rape 4th degree. He was taken to Sussex Correctional Institute following his arrest. He is currently held on $21,000 cash bail.
