Sheriff’s Office Arrest Wanted Man in Salisbury, Now Facing More Charges
Wicomico County, MD - On Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at approximately 8:12 p.m., a Wicomico County Sheriff's deputy stopped to speak with a man walking near Downing Street and South Salisbury Boulevard in Salisbury, Maryland.
That stop ended with the man under arrest on outstanding warrants. The deputy identified the man as Kenneth Wasser. The deputy already knew Wasser had active warrants out for his arrest.
While the deputy was talking with him, Wasser said he had crack cocaine and a crack pipe on him. The deputy then searched Wasser and during the search, the deputy found a black plastic tube. Inside the tube was what deputies believe is crack cocaine.
The deputy also found a glass smoking device. The Sheriff's Office said the device matches what is commonly used as a crack pipe. Wasser was arrested on his outstanding warrants. He was also given a criminal citation for CDS Possession.
