St. Michaels Man Arrested in Easton Car Dispute
Talbot County, MD - Talbot County Sheriff's deputies arrested a St. Michaels man last weekend after a dispute over a vehicle turned into a criminal case. The incident happened on June 21, 2026, in the 9200 block of Chapel Road in Easton, Maryland.
Deputies responded to a report of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The victim told deputies that a man was in possession of her vehicle and refused to return it.
Deputies identified the suspect as 35-year-old Louisgens Raymond of St. Michaels, Maryland.
They located him still in possession of the vehicle and placed him under arrest at the scene.
Raymond was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was transported to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing.
Raymond made an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner following his arrest. He is currently being held pending further action by the courts.
