St. Michaels Woman Arrested on Theft and Vehicle Charges

Talbot County, MD - On July 22, 2026, deputies with the Talbot County Sheriff's Office arrested Clarissa Marie Ramirez-Arrellano, 22, of St. Michaels, Maryland. The arrest followed a warrant issued the day before by the District Court for Talbot County.

The warrant, issued July 21, 2026, charged Ramirez-Arrellano with theft, unauthorized taking of a motor vehicle, and rogue and vagabond. She was taken into custody the next day.

After her arrest, Ramirez-Arrellano was transported to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing. She had an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.

Ramirez-Arrellano is being held pending further action by the courts. We will share updates on this case as they become available.
