Suspects Rob Elderly Woman at Georgetown Mobile Home Park

Georgetown, DE - On September 24, 2026, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Delaware State Police troopers responded to Helen Street in the Fishhook Mobile Home Park, Georgetown, Delaware, for a report of a robbery.

Troopers learned that two unknown men approached a 78 year old woman as she was getting out of her car at her home. The men pushed her and took her purse before running off. The victim was not hurt.

The suspects are described as two unknown black males wearing dark clothing. One of them had his face covered with a mask.

Delaware State Police Troop 4 Criminal Investigations Unit is still working this case.
