Talbot County Deputies Arrest Florida Man on Warrant

Talbot County, MD - On September 6, 2026, Deputies with the Talbot County Sheriff's Office arrested Joshua Wainman, 45, of Hollywood, Florida. The arrest was made on an outstanding warrant.

The warrant came from the District Court for Dorchester County. It was issued on February 24, 2022.

Wainman was charged with failing to appear for a scheduled court hearing. That hearing was tied to an original charge of driving without a license.

Deputies transported Wainman to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing. He then had an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.

Wainman was seen and released on his own personal recognizance.
