Talbot County Man Arrested for Violating Release Conditions

Talbot County, MD - Talbot County deputies made an arrest this week connected to a prior drug case. On July 15, 2026, deputies with the Talbot County Sheriff's Office arrested 25-year-old Kavon Conquest of Salisbury, MD.

The arrest stemmed from a warrant issued just two days earlier. On July 13, 2026, the Circuit Court for Talbot County issued the warrant, charging Conquest with failing to comply with the conditions of his release.

Those conditions were tied to an earlier charge. Conquest had originally been charged with possession of a controlled substance, and prosecutors say he did not follow the terms set for his release in that case.

Following his arrest, Conquest was taken to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing. Conquest had a bond review and was ordered to be held without bond.
