Talbot County Woman Arrested for Missing Court Date

Talbot County, MD - On September 4, 2026, deputies with the Talbot County Sheriff's Office arrested Latisha A. Randall, 55, of Severn, Maryland. The arrest came after a warrant was issued for her back in June. Randall had failed to show up for a scheduled court hearing tied to an earlier case.

That original case involved a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Court records show the Circuit Court for Talbot County issued the arrest warrant on June 18, 2026. The warrant was issued specifically because Randall did not appear for her hearing as required.

Deputies located Randall on September 4 and took her into custody without incident. She was then transported to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing. This is standard procedure any time someone is arrested on an active warrant in the county.

Following her arrest, Randall was held pending a hearing before a Circuit Court Judge. That hearing will address both the failure to appear charge and the original possession charge.
