Cambridge, MD - A Cambridge teenager is facing multiple charges after police say he drove drunk, crossed the center line, and left the scene of an accident late Sunday night.

It happened around 10:34 p.m. on May 25, 2026, in the 700 block of Bayly Avenue. Cambridge Police Department officers responded to reports of a hit and run in the area.

A witness told officers they saw a red truck cross the center line, strike a mailbox, and hit a parked vehicle. The driver did not stop.

Officers searched the area and found the truck near St. Luke's Church on Bayly Avenue. The vehicle had damage that matched what was reported at the scene.

Two people were inside the truck. Officers identified the driver as Dominic Damian Biggs, 18, of Woolford, Maryland.

According to police, Biggs was belligerent and uncooperative. Officers observed signs of impairment and asked him to perform a Standardized Field Sobriety Test. Biggs refused.

He was placed under arrest and transported to CPD for processing. After being issued citations, Biggs was released and charged with the following:

Driving Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving While Impaired by Alcohol, Violate License Restriction, Negligent Driving, Fail to Drive Right of Center, Failure to Control Vehicle Speed to Avoid Collision, and Failure to Return to and Remain at Scene of Accident.
