Virginia Resident Cited Following Theft Investigation at Easton Royal Farms

Easton, MD - On March 20, 2026, officers from the Easton Police Department responded to a reported theft at the Royal Farms located at 8480 Ocean Gateway in Easton, Maryland.

Prior to the arrival of law enforcement, the suspect departed the scene in a dark-colored Honda displaying Virginia registration plates.

Officers subsequently located the vehicle in question and initiated contact with the driver. The individual was identified as 35-year-old Anthony A. Castro of Woodbridge, Virginia.

During the investigation, Castro admitted to stealing a bottle of tea and a fountain soda from the convenience store.

Following this admission, Castro was issued a criminal citation for theft under $100 and was subsequently released from the scene.
