Wicomico Civic Center Offices Close for Renovations

Salisbury, MD - If you plan to visit the Wicomico Civic Center in the next few weeks, there is one change you should know about. The office suite inside the building is closing so it can be renovated.

The work begins Monday, Oct. 5, 2026. The office suite is where both the venue staff and the Recreation staff work, and they will be moved to a different space while the work is going on.

With the offices closed, the reception desk has moved to the box office. Anyone visiting the Civic Center should stop at the box office to check in before going into the building.

The renovations are expected to take 3 to 4 weeks. Visitors should keep checking in at the box office until the work is finished.

The office closing only affects that one part of the building. The rest of the Wicomico Civic Center will stay fully open and running during the renovations.
