Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Investigates Reported Shooting in Salisbury

Salisbury, MD - On Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at approximately 6:40 p.m., deputies and detectives from the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting. The incident occurred on the 700 block of Richmond Avenue in Salisbury, Wicomico County, Maryland.

During the preliminary investigation, it was determined that a single male victim sustained injuries. The individual was subsequently transported to TidalHealth for medical treatment. The injuries are not considered life-threatening at this time.
