EASTON, MD - An individual has been arrested and charged in connection with multiple instances of graffiti found across the town, including at a local school.

On the morning of September 5, 2025, Easton Police were called to Saints Peter and Paul Elementary School on High Street for a report of property damage. Officers discovered that the International Transgender symbol had been spray-painted on several areas of the school property.

The same symbol was also found on a nearby Hampton Inn fence, two stop signs, and an exterior wall of a building at Dover and Higgins Street. At the time, authorities found no evidence of threats toward the school or community members.

Later that day, investigators located identical graffiti at four additional locations:

  • Park Street at Dover Road
  • Park Street at Point Lane
  • Kemp Lane at Dover Road
  • J & K Wine and Liquors

Surveillance footage provided a picture of a suspect with their face covered.

At approximately 10:30 p.m. the same evening, police responded to a call about a suspicious person spray-painting near Ulta Beauty on Marlboro Avenue. The suspect's description matched the individual from the earlier surveillance photo.

An officer later spotted a person fitting the description in the Talbot Town Shopping Center on N. Harrison Street.

The subject was identified as Sian Radaskiewicz-King, 32, of Easton, Maryland. Officers noted that Radaskiewicz-King was wearing distinctive shoes that matched those seen in surveillance footage, leading to the arrest.

The same graffiti was also documented at Ulta and Kohl's. Radaskiewicz-King was initially charged with four counts of Malicious Destruction of Property and four counts of Use of a Hate Symbol for these incidents and was transferred to the Talbot County Detention Center.

The following day, September 6, 2025, detectives from the Easton Police Department, with assistance from the Talbot County Sheriff's Office, executed a search warrant at Radaskiewicz-King's residence.

Radaskiewicz-King was arrested again and served with a second warrant that included charges of Defacing Religious Property, Malicious Destruction of Property over $1,000, Disturbing School Operations, and Trespassing on Posted Property.

Radaskiewicz-King was seen by the District Court Commissioner and released on personal recognizance. The court date for these incidents are scheduled for 10/28/2025 in the Talbot County District Court.

The investigation is ongoing. Authorities encourage anyone with information or relevant surveillance footage to contact the Easton Police Department at 410-822-1111.
