Seaford, DE - The Seaford Police Department is actively investigating a bank robbery, that took place on December 13, 2023 at the M&T Bank, located on Sussex Highway and Herring Run Road, in Seaford, DE. 

The investigation up to this point has found that at around 3:30 PM the suspect, who is shown in the photos, entered the bank, approached the counter and handed the teller a note demanding money. 

The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of cash and then the suspect left the bank. The suspect was seen walking towards the Roses Store. 

Seaford Police are asking the community to pay close attention to the clothing the suspect is wearing.
