Easton Woman Charged 3 Times In 8 Days in Talbot County

Easton, MD - An Easton woman has been arrested following an incident at a local 7-Eleven on November 7, 2025.

Officers from the Easton Police Department were called to the convenience store, located at 410 North Washington Street in Easton, Maryland, regarding a disorderly person.

Upon arrival, police identified the individual as Amanda D. Smith, 43, of Easton, Maryland.

According to police, Smith had been issued a trespass notice earlier that day, prohibiting her from being on the 7-Eleven property. She was taken into custody after returning to the location.

Smith has been charged with Trespass: Private Property, Disorderly Conduct, and Failure to Obey a Lawful Order.

Following her arrest, she was transported to the Talbot County Detention Center for processing before an appearance with a Talbot County District Court Commissioner.

Smith was released following her initial appearance on a $1,000 unsecured personal bond.

In a separate incident on November 13, 2025, Smith was arrested for Failure to Obey a Reasonable and Lawful Order and Disorderly Conduct. In this case, she was released on a $5,000 unsecured personal bond.

In yet another separate incident on November 15, 2025, Smith was arrested for harassment: Course of Conduct and Resisting Arrest. For this incident, she was ordered to be held without bond.
